Meet and Greet

A meet and greet service can be provided if you wish, at a minimum charge of £5. Please indicate if you require this when you book with us.

Child Seats Availability

Child seats are available if required. Please let us know at the time of your book weather you need a booster or a child seat.

Payment Method

Payment can be given in cash to your driver or online when you are booking. There may be a small surcharge when paying by card. 

Meet and Greet

  • ​Upon Arrival, your driver will contact you, please make sure your mobile phone is switched on when you have landed, in order for your driver to text message you advising where to meet.
  • Our drivers will always carefully monitor flights and they will be ready to collect you 30 minutes after a UK flight landing, or 45 minutes for international flights, this will give you time to clear customs and immigration and collect your luggage.
  • WE WILL NOT CHARGE EXTRA IF YOUR FLIGHT IS DELAYED. ​​
  • Sometimes your phone may take a while to receive a signal.
Unfortunately there can be unforeseen delays due to traffic conditions, so try to ensure that you have enough time between flights. Should there be any delays we will keep you informed.
